If you dispute priorities, I say we start with israelis. The reason I emphasize the word jew. Because as you are well aware it's a jewish problem that's spread across many jews and not just a small clique. Many who are not even aware of their world domination plan will assist them because they think they need to stand up for jews regardless.

But starting off with israelis should be a good start. If you want to be more picky or begin with a smaller number how about arresting each and every Chabad member?
