If I remember right, this claim was that Scytl (a company, not a type of data) had their servers in Germany that were raided by the U.S. Army, which showed that Scytl switched the votes between Biden and Trump.

Unsurprisingly, it was completely baseless. Imo, the funniest part is that Scytl literally does not have a presence in Germany.
