Energy represents the source of ALL information. Energy causes motion; motion causes momentum; which causes energy. Energy represents the self sustenance of ALL information through flow (potentiality) and form (potential) in coexistence with each other.
It is therefore the velocity of ongoing flow (motion; potentiality; ALL); meeting the resistance of temporary form (momentum; potential; ONE) that causes friction; vibration; resonance; form. As form within flow we are with balance; we are in response to flow; we each represent the responsibility of free will of choice over action in adaptation to flow for the sustenance of form.

The rules are set by flow upon form. Flow defines the laws of nature for form and our choice of need and want represent adherence to self sustenance (need) or ignorance thereof (want). Flow represents both growth/loss potential for form. Adherence to flow (resistance) allows us to grow our potential; ignorance thereof (temptation) represents flow puling form apart aka the loss of potential.
Both are needed for self sustenance, and they're not in conflict with each other; we are in balance in-between them.
