If I was guessing, because the last 40 years of that guys life have been insane, since he was finally lined up for extradition, he has nothing stopping him from telling the government 100% of what he knows, which I’m sure there are people out there who don’t want that.

He hung himself? Despite saying he wouldn't hang himself, and if he was hanged specifically it wasn't him. Also claiming Epstein didn't hang himself.
