I am starting to smell a rat about a longterm plan by the elite. Now that Blackrock has taken over the Fed and the Treasury, they are buying property using government money. Basically, all the printed money, artificially created and now used to take over.
First, they use Covid to take out the small landlords through bankruptcy and forced sale. Then via fraudulent accounting games they use phony money, Monopoly money literally to gov or bank-buy property. I now thinking that the end goal is to gobble up a lot of housing which will then be owned by the government directly or by the elite-owned banks.
And so we march to Commie housing whether 'you will own nothing' and the welfare masses will live under rule of Big Brother. Some of those, and many others, with Amazon Alexa, the modern equivalent of the 1984 monitoring telescreen listening for dissidents.
I thought rental prices were going higher too. Supply and Demand.
But no need to worry....the market will be flooded with homes for sale once the moratorium on evictions is lifted and potentially millions of people become homeless.
