Its normal to charge 10 or more for one q tip or aspirn.

In the us...its federal rule that if a hospital gets federal funds they have to treat you. Maybe thats changed but.
Almost every county and city has a county hospital or city hospital that has to treat. And bill u later.
U can bk it or toss the bill away.
