Solar panels aren't green even without that forced labour. Solar panels have acid, lead, and plastic before getting to the battery. The battery is worse. Basically the panels aren't recycled and pollute far more than they even save. Their lifetime is non existent, panels break yearly, when they don't break, they last for potentially over a decade, before their charge lessens and needs replacing. Lasting upto 20 years on a virtually non recyclable product. It costs more to break it down recycling, than it does to simply bury it polluting the earth. Or simply leave billions and billions of tonnes of waste sitting in warehouses globally until they invent better recycling. At the minute today they're doing both with no solution to their waste. A horrible product. It isn't green at all. The consumer cannot repair them either, only fit them, they are literally mass consumption for the sake of it. A daisy chain of stupidity
