Society today has made people mindless bloated overweight and fattened.

Technology is that cancer. Machines have done it for you, consumption has provided abundance and addiction. The devices we use aren't sustainable. They make you fat and addicted. Computers phones cars TVs

People no longer enjoy life instead they just consume feeding their addictions. What life is there it ain't an honest one, it is either slavery, working to pay debt, consumption, or selling themselves like prostitutes. It ain't working to survive, hunting or growing to eat, building a home to live.

No it isn't everyone but the majority have no motivation. They get fatter and fatter off their greed and services simply exploiting. Most are zombies who would die the minute their addiction is turned off. Any hiccup in their society they struggle to adapt. Perish the internet getting turned off society would crumble. Instead they simply feed a system suppressing them. Where they would rather watch club football, but never playing it.

Although who is to say they haven't lived right. They were fat in Rome too. Gout was also prevalent in the 1700 and 1800s. Like sepsis.

A common misconception is that gladiators were muscular. They were fat bastards. The fastest bastards won. A fat bastard can get cut more, because fat absorbs the blade. Where it bites right into muscle tearing ligaments. So they would fatten themselves up. Sure they also had muscle, weilding the blade and the stamina, but they had far more, much more fat, incase they got cut. Now look at knights. Look at that plus size armour.

Thanks for the motivation! I also suffer from chronic sinus infections. It’s awful. Now I’m taking a lot of vitamins daily and getting back into working out. I’ve found that not eating dairy and counting calories really helped me in the past with losing weight and not feeling sick (but it’s not easy). I’ve tried intermittent fasting in the past, might try again.
