Have you heard of Chris Skye? He's posted a few videos of him getting off planes at Toronto and absolutely refusing a Covid test and their quarantine hotel ; walks right out the door. Tells the cops they legally can't stop him ; they admit he's right.
Charter section 6 states that under no circumstances can a legal Canadian citizen be detained from travelling INTO or across Canada pending you have a warrant out for you. It's pretty clear. It even states that an Emergency Measures act or the Quarantine Act do NOT over ride the charter.
Pretty sure it also states this IN the Quarantine Act : does not over ride the charter.
Problem is we have more old folks in Canada than young. The old are indoctrinated as fuck, and I'm sure you know, it's quite frustrating trying to talk to anyone over 50 about anything.
