if you take glutathione, make sure it's either injection or liposomal. otherwise it's useless
I take glutathione pills sometimes and I also notice a difference when I take it so it definitely has some usefullnedd as an oral supplement.
Another note about NAC, when you take it, make sure you take it with plenty of water. You don't want to develop kidney cysteine stones.
