No shit!

-Been taking NAC for years

-When to GNC to replenish couple weeks ago

-They told me they no longer sell it because of "reasons"

-They still had stock but could only sell w/ cash only

-My conspiracy sense kicked in so I did just that, stocked up

-Now this, not surprised

Others tell me NAD is similar, but can confirm
