If I remember correctly, April of 2020 is when empty hospital videos began popping up everywhere. Less than a month later, the Floyd "protests" began after the media pushed the "murder" of George Floyd.

Per capita deaths aren't that high, sure, however the deaths do seem to be increasing with more reported deaths of younger people. I suspect something China or something Vaccine related, or both.
Things are a little different in India due to how their health system is structured, but you could also argue that is why the numbers initially were more honest, and maybe now they are being fixed.
