As it stands, the Vax Pass will not be required / mandated city-wide. But as I've discussed in other threads, "...private companies, including concert hosts and sports teams, should be free to make their own decisions. They can enforce vaccine verification if they choose."
This opens the door to a possible "soft" or indirect mandate. Should businesses adopt such a program city wide, I doubt we would see much of a difference between site specific requirements and city wide mandates.
I expect the fearmongering to continue and the eventual launch of a "voluntary" vaccination verification program.

Yeah that's not a thing. 'Peaceful civil war' is an oxymoron. They want to harm and kill you, this vaccine is their passive approach, do you really need to see what it's like when they give up the facade?
