Notice the camera pans if you go back before the scene, this is probably where they did the frame by frame editing (camera pans are usually when this happens, not even referencing space video editing, but video editing in general. It looks natural but frame by frame you can go in and edit it this way. The giveaway is after the guy does his acrobatics, they have to cut the scene, which you can see at 42:20, because when the vomit comet dives it only has a limited time of weightlessness. I'm assuming they didn't get back to their reference frame in time to pan and splice the video to make it seem like a single shot, and since it was pretty impressive acrobatic footage, they just cut it hoping you wouldn't notice.
