One cannot corrupt reality; only choose by free will to ignore it for fiction (beliefs). There's no state of false within reality; because reality doesn't offer the state of truth aka affixed information...it offers inspiration through motion aka constant change.
Reason (truth versus false) is based on consent by free will of choice to suggested belief (-isms); which represents the ignorance of reality (motion).
