A friend's brother in his late 20's died recently after getting a 2nd heart attack...I haven't asked but they do seem to be vax-obsessed liberal types and then I see this - Conspiracies

Yeah turns out the brother who died was 27 or 28 years old. Skinny too. How rare is it for someone to have 2 heart attacks at that age?

Very rare if there is no birth defect or history of such deaths in the family. Or drugs. Very rare.

Without a pre-existing serious heart defect it’s basically non-existent especially for someone in relatively good health.
