It actually makes me suspicious of money laundering. A nice 20 year ponzi scheme under the assumption that the fiat system would crash before the movies actually had to be made.
Dances with WolvesIN SPACE was a perfectly okay CGI spectacle film but probably the last movie that could get away with being nothing more than a CGI spectacle.
I think you guys are forgetting it was not only 3D, but was the only 3D film to actually incorporate cinematography that actually accentuated the 3D.
No one cared after it left theaters because you could not replicate that experience at home, even if you had some of the junk home 3D tech, and all you were left with was Fern Gully in Space with no Robin Williams.
Baby Boomers really seemed to enjoy this low rate anime knock off. For the record, it was awful.
