Not just from the clitoris that women get pleasure from. So I think your wrong, it's a part they can for sure but so is men's foreskin.
I think that's wrong. We have our traditions why do we say other people's traditions around the word is wrong? When we do something very similar? Its interesting
I said "most ability" not "all ability". FGM is more akin to what the Muslims would do to their African slaves that were male, not just cut off their testicles, but their dick as well. If Jews want to cut the kid's whole dick off instead of the tip, I'd be for making it illegal.
Let me share with you a great true story about other people's traditions around the world:
British in India were faced with the practice of “suttee” – the tradition of burning widows on the funeral pyres of their husbands. General Sir Charles Napier was impeccably multicultural: “You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours.”
The practice of suttee disappeared almost immediately.
But your missing the the fact its the same thing. Regarding cutting something off. Ie the boys don't even get to know what it is like to have it.

FGM is akin to castration, circumcision is akin to some idiot getting piercings and other body modifications.
Both are stupid, but one is decidedly more stupid.
What's worse, is no female would voluntarily get FGM.
You say that but it's the Mom's who get the daughter the chop. The same Mom's who have the same thing.
