The depressing thing about France is that its system basically guarantees that Macron wins again because even though Le Pen has the most supporters, there aren't enough of them to win outright on the first round. So it goes to the second round and Macron wins the "Anyone but Le Pen" vote.
Marine Le Pen may be allowed to win because she never blames the jews (or the upper class), only the muslims (and other proletarians) and she is likely to use authoritarianism to enforce mandatory vaccines, passports and whatever the NWO demands. She's fighting for her career not for a coherent strategy.
Similar systems to dominion are in widespread use in many parts of Europe iirc.
I am fairly certain that many of them did win through industrial scale election fraud of which key components involve media control and using courts to commit lawfare on their political opposition.
So many revolutions started by military leaders... seems like this is the most direct way to enact change and maybe the only possible recourse for the US at this point..
Why announce it? I can understand maybe acclimating citizens to the idea of the military taking over to make the transition easier, but otherwise you are giving warning to your enemy.
