Most local credit unions have a full range of services, and I get more from my local credit union than I did when I has (shitty) USAA and Bank of America. What is not clear, is what's going on here. If there is an Operation Choke Point type of harassment? For personal use, this wouldn't be a problem, unless your business got targeted.

Maybe try a crypto backed CC like Crypto.com or wtv?.. you do have to put money on it though so it isnt a traditional CC.
