This is what I remember being called "Boston City Hospital". It's in Roxbury, which now is pretty much an all-black neighborhood with lots of housing projects. It was actually set up as a charity-type hospital from the beginning (late 19th-c.)
With so many other top medical facilities in town, though, it's hard for me to imagine a white ending up there unless they happened to be shot within a 5-or-10-block radius.
I don't get what they mean in the article by, "preferentially admitting patients historically denied access to certain forms of medical care."
Of course it won't. Two idiot doctors offering sub par health care are exactly two idiot doctors offering nothing else. They aren't a hospital trust. They aren't even how a hospital pays them their wages.
Sure they could open an exclusive hospital but I doubt either of those activists have any money. Instead they crave publicity. Hence their bullshit remarks on the care they give. It is irrelevant until they own their own clinic. Then it is still regulated by any medical boards.
When medical treatment in the USA is paid for. What you pay for is exactly what you get. There is no other equality to it. Outside of insurance, again offering more or less the same service per premium.
Those two idiots are operating on and I would hate to hazard a guess. It is nothing other than their own ignorance. If they want to work for a charity don't tell us about it.
My health care provider sent me an email with "an appointment I NEEDED to make".
Like, a tiny window (one week or so) in which to get the vaccine.
Problem is, I don't NEED to make it, and their verbiage is awfully coercive of people.

The hospital isn't going to do this. Clickbait.
