My suggestion is the rather broad topic: human breath and human potential
I often mention a few aspects of this subject, such as bio energy, chi, or whatever you want to call it, but there are plenty of interesting directions to go.
For example, most people can’t hold their breath for more than a minute or so, but did you know that with a brief amount of practice you can hold your breath for 3,4, even 5 minutes? Did you know that for thousands of years this was common practice among humans living on the coast?. Did you know that some people, like David Blaine, have pushed this to absurd limits beyond 17 minutes?
And what does this return to? The breath, the spirit of life, which is the core of Chang’s Mo Pai, the core of the Tummo Yoga, and the core of Wim Hof’s practice.
Also, human potential could cover your evidence for other phenomena not currently acknowledged by wider society, such as astral projection, and other forms of ESP, which is an area of undeniable promise for important research and fruitful discussion.
Appreciate it, thanks.
And yeah after my posts last week I’ve had like 4 accounts dedicated to downvoting everything lol, shills don’t like it when they have to burn accounts with 90k carma I guess kek
