Someone I am close to recently expressed an interest in getting vaccinated and I am highly uncomfortable with the idea but am relatively uneducated on the subject. Any resources / information that would help educate them (and me) on the dangers of this would be so much help!

Dude not everyone has the free time to sit around researching conspiracies and starting arguments with strangers on internet forums twenty four fucking seven. I work 12 hour shifts of hard manual labor 5-6 days a week and between work, dealing with life, and my (miserably failing) attempts to maintain some kind of social life I have not had time to educate myself on the subject as well as I would like which is why I was asking for some guidance / a nudge in the right direction.
Also, I never said I had never read or seen anything about COVID here; if you knew the information I was looking for is answered in the sticky you could have simply referred me there instead of immediately hurling accusations. I have browsed a few of the links attached in the sticky in the past but don't remember seeing my question specifically answered there but I'll admit there is a good bit to unpack there and I have not read anywhere close to the entire thing. I'll dedicate some time to reading more of it when I have a chance.
For someone who claims to be worried about people being here to "waste time" you sure seem very eager to waste my time and yours by pointlessly arguing all because I asked a (valid) question. I won't be engaging with you any more, have a great night. ?

Really doesn't compute. And you certainly wouldn't seek out THIS site if you have so little time.
You lied about lurking. You CANNOT miss the COVID stuff, it's literally impossible.
