Maybe...I saw a UFO when I was four, and it was over the Baltimore Museum of Art, which is directly adjacent to JHU (definitely part of the TPTB/Skull and Bones/etc.).
I'm 44 now though. I even went through Johns' Hopkins gifted and talented program, just for a few weeks one summer. That program really blew up. When I went there was like six or seven kids working on math.
I actually just had a slight synchronicity regarding the UFO I saw. Somebody posted this on 4chan.
The UFO I saw was round, metallic, with four portholes, and there were two concentric rings that were rotating around the craft, very similar to the picture.
The rings were mostly level with the ship, but had two really interesting features. They rotated in opposite directions, and they moved in sin wave patterns. When it prepared for vertical takeoff, the rings started wobbling more, and the waves got more compact. The rings move REALLY slowly when I first saw it, and I really have no idea how the rings were connected to the craft, or even if they were and not magnetic or something.
Man made craft or just project blue beam

The vertical acceleration was retarded.
We will find out soon enough, methinks.
How old are you now?
Five...if you listen to the shills. :)
