Someone once argued with me that because Kathy Griffin is such a minor little celebrity, that her Trump's Severed Head stunt didn't matter. But then again, that same person also argued that Madonna wanting to blow up the White House was just rhetoric and also didn't mean anything. There final argument was, because nothing ever came of those specific stunts, they didn't matter.
Pretty sure there were more than just threats. I think a guy rushed him on stage once at least.
