More than 25% participants of plot about kidnapping Michigan governor were FBI ?
Amateurs. In Poland ABW (Agency of Internal Security) crated "terrorist plot" to blow up Sejm with almost all members of those plot (>50-75%) being its agents.
They provoked and used doctor of chemistry Brunon Kwiecień and claimed that terrorist plot was about using SKOT APC filled with explosives to blow up Sejm (parliament). They not explained how APC - from army surplus was supposed to get unnoticed into centre of the capital city near so important building like Sejm,but they arrested those man and he died mysteriously in prison...
All "terrorist plot" was discovered just after government was planning cutting money for intelligence agencies...
PS: Not working "pipe bombs" are clear indicator that those things were done by the people working for the government.
