I think that because she is on the list it shows that since he is the one taking the most heat for the nursing home deaths, this is the way that the DOJ makes it all go away.
I just don't see any likelihood of a serious investigation or prosecution. If the DOJ opens that can of worms there is the distinct possibility that questions are raised about test accuracy during the discovery. What is the real breakdown of the folks who died that died from COVID, with COVID and from something else entirely but tested positive. That lawsuit could undermine the whole previous year of 15 days to slow the spread.
Bottom line, no one is going to be punished for any wrongdoing. And, their donors are raking in the dough so from their perspective everyone who counts, wins.
