So it definitely have some active content, not just empty saline. Most people in Russia don't see any reason for vaccination, since you still have to wear muzzle in public places and obey other coronavirus idiocy. From many people I know here, all who got Sputnik-V are well and alive, all who was diagnosed with COVID-19 are well and alive too, including persons at age 80+. In Russia vaccination is not mandatory, also there are no any differences in social life for vaccinated and not vaccinated. Yet.
