Some might have been frauds.
You can wiki to find European giants in the 1700s and 1800s recorded named and registered some are above 9 foot. These are fact. Same as American giants beginning of the 1900s. After WW2 they got smaller. Giants were a disability. Machines started doing everything. Cars planes railroads. The World got smaller. Now many struggle to be near 8 foot. Although they have started super soldier programs. Maybe they might get a bit bigger.
Are all the newspapers frauds of the Indian burial mounds in the late 1800s. There are 100 of newspapers with giants.
Other explorers in the 1400 through 1600s.
Throughout history were they frauds of giants and cyclops and legends.

Keep an open mind. Some are frauds but there is a compelling amount of evidence.

Many were destroyed in colonization. Despite being documented and the finds of giants within being destroyed by the Smithsonian. Many mounds still exist to this day all over America. Whether they have been excavated or not remains down to the courts. If there has been conspiracy and local protections. They are even in Florida on the tip, not with giants down there to my understanding.
