Speculation largely. What could the court order even do. We are really sorry but we destroyed them. Umm okay. Due to national security then. Turn over all the the. Rest. Okay but we make no promises. We can't find them. Obviously new stuff might be treated better. Cities now built on top of any mounds, any unexacated mounds are protected and fall under new protections and secrecy of modern jurisdiction meaning brand new court cases if released.
They weren't completely extinct until Westerners settled in the Americas killing Indians and their tribes. Based on reports of the Spanish explorers linked. It is also said some giants were cannibals. The Indians fought against them. Others were passive and part of any tribes.
Some were very aggressive linked in the press report of Francis Drake.
According to the Indians there was a giant war thousands of years ago red haired and black haired giants. One was native and the other came into the land attacking it.
