This is old news, and pretty well accepted that there is some problems with the adoptions of Roberts' kids. But nobody has been able to get any credible evidence, other than Obama's general jawboning, that Roberts was threatened somehow.
Given Roberts' general weakness on myriad issues, some big, some small, I'd like to see evidence he and his kids were threatened prior to concluding that he was blackmailed.
I think it is more serious than the adoption of his kids. I think he has pedo blackmail on him via Jeffrey Epstein.
He just threw out the most important cases in American History these last months, no questions asked, no review of evidence, and the threat of 80 million Americans going to his front door.
No, this isn't something as small as a little adoption technicalities. This is way worse.
Roberts was a squish on hundreds of cases prior to Obamacare, and before the Texas election lawsuit. He was a squish even during the G.W. Bush admin, when he was first filling his spot at the Court, years before Obama was on the scene.
It's possible, I suppose, but I don't think likely. Has anybody shown he was on the flight logs to pedo island, or that he hung out with Epstein? Any connections?
I just think it's more likely that Roberts' is a typical RINO, who is worried about making the Court to partisan and worried about its institutional legitimacy. There have only been about 3 cases where he had any balls, btw. Heller/McDonald and that case where they threw out part of the Civil Rights Act.
