Roberts was a squish on hundreds of cases prior to Obamacare, and before the Texas election lawsuit. He was a squish even during the G.W. Bush admin, when he was first filling his spot at the Court, years before Obama was on the scene.

It's possible, I suppose, but I don't think likely. Has anybody shown he was on the flight logs to pedo island, or that he hung out with Epstein? Any connections?

I just think it's more likely that Roberts' is a typical RINO, who is worried about making the Court to partisan and worried about its institutional legitimacy. There have only been about 3 cases where he had any balls, btw. Heller/McDonald and that case where they threw out part of the Civil Rights Act.
