No. There is the future and past. Currently you cannot change either. Deja vu often makes you aware of what has happened or will happen. To be aware, take any chance encounter what have you actually seen. Events unfolding or events that have happened. Otherwise you haven't seen anything. Presently you have a choice to repeat or create a different event.
