I tell ya, at the end of the day, Lindell will probably deeply regret going to bat for Trump as often as he did. The funny thing about these lawsuits is that Dominion has opened the door for Lindell to show whatever "proof" he's claimed to have found before a judge in a case that won't get dismissed before anyone even speaks. Dominion wouldn't sue, particularly for this insane amount of damages, if they knew there was fraud.
What Dominion wants isn't $1.4B. They want Lindell to say he was wrong, he lied for his own gain and that he's sorry for his actions following the election.
Yea that isn't how big corporations suing and the legal system works. They sued for such a huge amount as a way to intimidate Lidell. They don't plan on doing anything based on facts. They know his approximate net worth, they know how long they need to tie him up in the courts to financially destroy him.
You are so incredibly stupid.
Funny cause when they sued (ongoing) drunk lady, they publicly welcomed any proof she is willing to bring.
You clearly have no clue how the legal process works. Just because they sue someone doesn't mean they will ever even make it to the discovery phase of the trial.
You have no clue what you are talking about.
