Yea that isn't how big corporations suing and the legal system works. They sued for such a huge amount as a way to intimidate Lidell. They don't plan on doing anything based on facts. They know his approximate net worth, they know how long they need to tie him up in the courts to financially destroy him.

Funny cause when they sued (ongoing) drunk lady, they publicly welcomed any proof she is willing to bring.
