Putin never was anti-Chechen. But he always was anti-Russian. In Russia's laws Chechens (and other minor ethnicities) allowed to have Chechens schools, parties, foundations, miscellaneous Chechen-only organisations and even separate federal states. Everybody allowed. Except Russians. By laws, signed by Putin. Even in Russia's constitution Russians never mentioned at all.
Chechen war was not against Chechens, it was about submission to federal center. Chechens who want be independent fight against Chechens who want to stay as part of Russian Federation to freely rob and bully Russian regions. Last one supported by Russia's government. Interesting, that when Russians and other ethnicities had been mass-killed in Chechnya, federals had no interest in that region at all. Only when Chechens finished with all non-Chechens and divided on the question of independence, federals bring in troops. Chechens who want to stay in Russian Federation leaded by Akhmad Kadyrov win. His son and known Russians murderer, Ramzan Kadyrov was made Chechnya leader by Putin. Chechens in modern Russia is untouchable etnicity. Most Russians hate Chechens for insane violence and aggression. It's not even about religion, Russians have nothing against muslim Tatars or Bashkirs, they are absolutely normal people. In most Russian towns, even small ones, was even rallies for Chechen deportation, but they was violently suppressd (Check Kondopoga event, f.e.)
To get who Chechens are, Imagine, idk, Somali become 51 US state for some completely unknown reason, and Somali pirates (but with some kind of jewish cover-up traditions), freely moving over US as US citizens, then violently seize nearly all American car selling business, food supply chains, realty market and silently invaded police, FBI and NSA with all their habits and mutual responsibility. Every Chechen have to help any other Chechen from his tribe in any case. Murder of non-Chechen does not count as a crime or even something bad. Ones who deny that tradition will be killed. Tradition is always above any laws.
Chechens have their own Chechen-only Chechen Respublic in Russian Federation. There are no Russians or other ethnicities. They was pushed out or mass-killed in late 80s - early 90s. They have very different taxes and prices for common services, like water or electricity. Say, for a SUV in Moscow region you have to pay 10000 roubles tax, and nearly same price for insurance, but Chechens pay more than 10 times less. Chechen Respublic produces absolutely nothing. It completely financed by Russian taxpayers and provide only wild insane bastards for the rest of Russia.
Nearly every sane or educated chechen had leave Chechen Respublic in 90s and never tell anybody that they have Chechen roots. They literally hide from other Chechens and try to mimic as Tatars or some other.
For a long time, reading miscellaneous conspiracy forums and blogs, I noticed that image of Russia most western people have in heads is far from reality. I think it is due to language barrier and low popularity of Russia for tourism. So, western people just don't have any source of information except of MSM (does not matter US/EU/Russia's - everybody lies.). You can't easily read Russian forums/blogs/chats, and nobody even try to tell what is really happening here, especially from conspiracy point of view. I just trying to fix that lack of conspiracy view. Feel free to ask anything you want, especially politically incorrect things about Russia, I'll try to give an answer, as unbiased, as possible.
Yeah, everytime I see your posts I learn something new, so keep at it!
Thank you, I'll try to do my best.
I think most people knows Russia is not exactly how MSM paints it
Shure. I think that, at least here, many suppose that MSM picture is wrong, but it seems that they don't know what is wrong exactly, and do not even suspect what is silenced.
but people just think it's a bad country
Country can't be bad. But its government and/or population could. If I have to judge Russia in that caregories, I'll tell you that we have bad government and very passive population. I think Russia is like a sandbox for global elites. For a century they set enormous experiments here to find a better way to
subdue the people. And I'm shure that all that official condemnation of Russia by West elites is totally just a script for western people, nothing more. All things that Russian government do are completely impossible without strong western authorities support.
He wants to keep the big Russia and has difficulty to reject the seduction of making it bigger. Unfortunately some nationalists failed to avoid this trap.
He also said 'caveman nationalism' in 2018 according to the article. Are we sure what Putin said means he's now a globalist? I understand part of globalism involves a one-world government. Does having different ethnicities etc mean one supports globalism? Putin recently said "It is clear that an era associated with attempts to build a centralised unipower world order is over". Source

Is the headline true? We've seen so much fake news. Do you have a link or clip where Putin says this?
