I realized what they're doing, nowadays a lot of Walmarts seem to have really small beef sections and frequently the beef is mostly sold out they restock it daily though so sometimes it looks full but it's always very small and "thin", not a lot of double stacked meet packages whereas I've seen other stores sometimes have meet packages stacked pretty high. There's always plenty of chicken and usually pork though. I feel like they're trying to make it feel natural by constantly having smaller beef sections than they had in the past.

To play devil's advocate, beef is the most expensive of the common meats in the US and the majority of Walmart's grocery customers are somewhere between poverty and lower-class income households.
I think it might simply be the case that they lose money as meat ages without sale and has to be placed on clearance and often discarded. It makes more business sense to stock cheaper hamburger meat, chicken, and pork at Walmart stores in most of their regions.
Keep in mind that Sams Club (owned by Walmart) has a much larger beef section than any other meat, and includes Prime cuts and large briskets often totaling 100.00 or more.
I do like the line of thought though, and I totally agree The Powers That Be can snap their fingers and cause "shortages" in food supply for whatever nefarious reasons they like.
Have noticed that store beef prices are about 25-50% higher this year than last.
Have not noticed small sections at WM. Mine has full packer briskets and ribs, more stuff than most grocery stores.
Large amounts of chicken and pork processing plants are owned by china.
Let's not forget that supposedly cows fart too much and produce pollution, therefore they're slowly being eradicated. Furthermore, you have a push to create lab grown meat.
We have a crises, but it's all government made to kill off the entire population of people across the global.
It's not just beef. There is a global food shortage. There is not enough grain in the world to feed everyone and all our livestock. It takes 8 pounds of grain to make 1 pound of beef. It stands to reason that the price of beef is going to go through the roof this year, especially since we are the last country in the world to be openly exporting our food with out tariffs. Farmers my cull their herds again this year if they are unable to source soy beans. Our soy been ending stock was predicted to be 900 million bussles by end of Jan 2021. They think we have more like 140 million instead and predict by end of Jan 2022 there will be 4 million bussles on hand. They rate the accuracy of this prediction as a 45. Scale for reference; a score of 0.0 - 0.7 means it is accurate, 0.7-1.0 anomalies detected warrants investigation, 1.0 or higher gross anomalies detected warrants revaluation. We scored a 45 for soy beans and 15 for overall food stores. Every market is fabricated and manipulated, we are already living in the communist lies that prop up a failed state.
Adapt2030 and Ice.age.farmer have a great podcast on the topic.

my box of tissues, for the last 10 god damn years, has been 99 cents.
1.39.
39% increase.
Your mother is also experiencing a beef shortage.
Oh god, SAVE THE BEEF!!!
If it were about israel that would mean pork shortages. I am antisemite but honest: probably here it is not their direct fault ;)
By the way: what is the difference in diet between muslim and israelis ? Almost none: no pork & sadistic ritual slaughtering.
Or just ween yourself off meat, neanderthal.
You can leave out the Capensis and still be accurate. He's probably a soy boy anyway,
Good.
