It’s supposedly a smaller plane to fit tiny DE airport.
Thing is, on the air traffic sites, the plane wasn’t designated as AF1. Which is weird because whatever plane the president is on is given that designation (same for AF2 & the VP) according to protocol.
There’s nothing normal about any of this.
What was the designation it used?
There wasn’t one (I really don’t like comments can’t include pics) beyond the notation it was a USAF plane, call sign AE4AEA.

I'm seeing windows in the blue streak on AF1 and windows in the white on AF2 which matches the plane Biden's using in this clip, which the hill is calling AF1.
None of those planes are actually "AF1" As "AF1" is a designation, and not the actual plane itself.

Yes. yet if the president boarded a single engine Cessna or a hot air balloon, that aircraft automatically is designated Air Force One until he deplanes.
Not to mention the unmarked or decoy-painted planes that can be used, like when GWB was flying for most of the day on 9/11.
It’s probably gone now, but there was a suspicious air Korea plane that was “forced down” to land by fighters because they said the captain want communicating well, but it was likely escorted by USAF and it’s call sign borrowed.
