I think I understand now. Except.... One tiny whiny little issue. There is no statute of limitation on treason. And I hear the penalty is quite severe.

That's quite the leap to make. Even the folks who are screaming fraud haven't attempted to tie Biden directly to the claim.
Yes, only Biden himself has made that connection. But he has since recused himself, and alleges that he has "no idea who this Biden person is".
It’s odd how they can invent a right for someone to have an abortion at the last minute, but the Supreme Court supposedly can’t find a right of the people to have their actual Constitutional rights protected.
The Court is going to have to use some of that inventiveness they are known for.

That's not true... There's a thing called Quo Warranto. never used for POTUS before... but many instances worldwide.
