Any problems that we have with China are a direct result of Buffet pulling those strings. He profits from their slave labor.
The pipelines are how the Rockefellers got richer than the Carnegies, and you can bet Carnegie was pissed when his trains no longer moved the oil. Buffet is reputed to be a smart cookie, I'm sure he knows this history.
Let's not forget who Saudi Arabia is asshole deep in debt to. With fracking banned, OPEC is free to raise the price of oil to $150/bbl.
Could this be partly what all that Gates farmland is about? Controlling farmland could allow interference with competinh infrastructure development like the pipeline...and allow his own projects to proceed.

The cars are super safe.i hate to say it ,the tracks are another story though.but I just worked there for a few decades so what do I know. Interesting though since pipelines follow rail lines he didnt just lease it out.
Oh, I have no doubt the cars are safe. It's what "they" want you to think and conveniently pay for in the form of a tax/surcharge. All so they can justify making more money because they know the surcharges get passed onto the people (you and me) in the form of higher prices. It's a win-win for Buffet, his rail lines and the oil companies.
