I literally see homeless people walking around in masks, alone. Here in California most drivers already wear masks while being the only occupant of their vehicles. People would accept it like it makes all the sense.
They already did that in Queensland, Australia. Their justification was that it's "easier" to wear it at all times outside your house to stop the spread. People went along with it. People thought it was stupid.
The majority would obey, just like with seat belts. Also, the CDC is now mandating masks on airplanes, public transit, trains, and at transportation hubs. Yay, NWO Dystopia!
