Only few details about Third Reich economics, mostly about non-convetional currency experiments, was censored, but even that info leaked into historical research. So, there are a lot of Russian papers about finacial ties of the Third Reich.
That sounds more like BIS, English Banking, etc. than the Rockefellers. I don't doubt that the Rockefellers were in favor of the war, but who wasn't? My grandfather was too since there were Nazi tanks in his town, but that doesn't mean he's responsible for 80 million deaths.

Also Rockfeller have a giant influence via his oil-processing factories in Germany.
