Well, their narrative that the people propping up Gamestop stock are all white supremacists is already getting roundly mocked. If the extension of that narrative is to be that these people taking out a few hedge funds is enough to bring down the whole economy, it will only be further discredited. And narrative is the primary currency in our society. If their narrative is that weak they will soon lose all money and power.
