You need to read the papers. They are from patients with actual COVID-19 symptoms and pathologies (blood markers/tissue samples). Not just rt-PCR confirmed "cases".

Also you can't make a vaccine without culturing the virus. So every country that made a vaccine isolated it.
By March already, Japan, Thailand, USA, China and India had isolated the virus. So many people can't be participating in a lie.

Even better, here is an animal test with an isolate sample, infected healthy animals who get the symptoms and show the measurable clinical blood/histological markers of COVID-19.

Isolation and full DNA sequencing has been replicated (1600+ times in NCBI/GISAID databases from all over the world, from real symptom checked patients at hospitals).
However, the cultivation and re-infection in test animals that fulfil the Koch's postulates: I can only find one study. It needs to be replicated.
