I just today had a shill post the same crap under the same name in response to a link I had posted once before a few months ago. Apparently some attacks are triggered by URLs. I've had them respond similarly to certain pictures or text strings. As soon as Google picks it up they are on it. Sometimes sooner when I'm under a full time watch.
