Sure, but beyond the highly important things labeled here “personality”, “intelligence”, and “political standing” include things like social support network, mentors and philosophies, financial support to help achieve/improve your life (could your family afford to send you to college or not? Could you afford to live while working for a non paying internship? Etc, that kinda thing)
Things aren’t black and white, and that’s before you take account of the fact that there’s been race mixing for tens of thousands of years, to the point where it really isn’t that useful a metric
