Higher than the American f35s. Although not all planes. Seen it in a documentary where they took the person up recorded out of clouds up up black and the Earth below horizon couldn't tell what it was you aren't seeing it from very far out but it was higher than almost all planes from their sukhoi than back down through the clouds.
