Ok, I haven’t been down that trail in 20 years, but I’ll give you a place to start. The constitution allows for a separate law on maritime waters. Therefore, this was supposedly used to create a separate United States Corporation in maritime law that is not subject to the regular constitutional law. It shown as all caps UNITED STATES as opposed to United States in legal documents. The fringe on the flag denotes admiralty/maritime jurisdiction as opposed to regular constitutional jurisdiction. The idea is that there is a parallel US and a parallel judicial system. I left the research long ago because I realized that it doesn’t matter. Force matters and they have it.
The jist of it is, gold trim stands for US corp. The real republic is these United States of America. You are a corp too. Thats why your name is in all caps on all gov documentation. Each person literally has a dollar amount attached to us and we are traded and spent like fucking coins by these people. Look into black laws and all caps name if you want to understand why the US corp is important.

Also, something like in law the term "human" equates to "monster".
