Yes, it looked bad that only Trump supporters died. I'd well believe this is to restore the desired narrative and steer people's emotions away from sympathizing with Trump supporters.

Is there any footage? I heard he was hit on the head with a fire extinguisher? How? By whom? Was he one of the pleasant, unbiased police offciers who let the Trump supporters into the capitol?

There is (allegedly) actual footage of an unarmed woman being shot in the chest at point blank range. And even then, I'm not sure if I believe that was a genuine incident.
