If trump is in on it, the smelly masses (ie the billions of people) are irrelevant. The elite is untouchable and even the murders/ attacks that appear to be done by regular people were likely inside assassinations.

Like I said I don't necessarily believe that, but it would be the 'conspiracy' argument.
